Position Summary: The CHW supervisor will hire, onboard and supervise a team of up to 9 community health workers; create outreach plans for CHWs to engage residents of the Blue Ridge Health District (BRHD) around COVID-19 testing, vaccine, and other services and programs; collect data and manage CHW funding stream. This position is based at the Charlottesville/Albemarle Health Department and will include some night and weekend work.
